One of the many things that makes Paradise Cove so special is our beautiful community park. The park holds a boat ramp, small beach, private fishing pier and community pavilion. 

Park Access

Park access and use of our park amenities require that property owners sign a LIABILITY WAIVER annually. After signing the waiver, a security key card will be issued. You are allowed two cards per family.

Please note:

• You must be logged in to complete the form.
• Each adult in the household must complete the form separately.
• One guardian must complete the form for all minors in your household using the park.
• If there are no minors in your household, you must still check the box in the bottom section of the form to state that the minor section does not apply to you.

We prefer forms be completed online. Should you wish to print, sign and mail the form, a pdf of the form is available here.

Security Key Cards

If you need a new card or your card is deactivated, please send an email to pcpoacoldspring@gmail.com to the attention of Evelyn Winn. All subdivision dues/fees must be current. There is a $5.00 charge for a replacement card.
