One of the many things that makes Paradise Cove special is our beautiful community park, featuring a boat ramp, small beach, fishing pier and community pavilion.

Park Access

To access and use park amenities, all property owners must complete an annual Liability Waiver. Once the waiver is submitted and approved, security key cards will be issued. Each household may receive up to two key cards.

Before Completing the Waiver

  • You must be logged into the website to access the form.
  • Each adult in the household must complete a separate waiver.
  • One parent or legal guardian must complete the minor section for all children in the household who will use the park.
  • If there are no minors in your household, you must still complete the minor section by checking the box indicating it does not apply.

We encourage all property owners to complete the waiver online. If you prefer to print, sign, and mail the form, a PDF version is available here.

Security Key Cards

If you need a new key card or your current card has been deactivated, please email pcpoacoldspring@gmail.com, Attn: Evelyn Winn. Property owners requesting a new or reactivated key card will be contacted within 72 hours regarding the status of their request and any next steps.

 

Please note:

  • All POA dues and fees must be current before a card can be issued or reactivated.
  • A completed Park Liability Waiver is required before a card can be issued.
  • Replacement cards are $5.00 each.

Park Rules & Safety

To help keep our park safe and enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following:

  • Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Watch for boats entering and leaving the boat ramp.
  • No overnight camping.
  • No campfires are permitted.
  • The burn pile is for driftwood and wood collected from the beach area only.
  • Please help keep the park clean by disposing of trash properly.
  • Respect your neighbors and help protect our shared amenities.

Pavilion Reservations

The community pavilion is available for property owners to reserve. To request a reservation, please complete the Pavilion Reservation Form.
