PCPOA Fees
Membership in the Paradise Cove Property Owners Association (PCPOA) is mandatory for all property owners.
The following fees apply to property owners within Paradise Cove:

| Road Maintenance Fee | $20/month ($240/year) | Per lot | Monthly or annually |
Other Fees
- Resale Certificate or Statement of Account: $200
- Property Transfer Fee: $100
- Records & Other Requests: Fees vary. Please refer to the POA Books & Records Policy.
Payment
- Payments may be made by Zelle or by check mailed to the POA at the address listed below.
- Please pay all fees by the applicable due date to avoid late fees.
