The Paradise Cove Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and remodeling of homes and garages, as well as property modifications such as fences, tree removals, driveways, generators, swimming pools and more. This ensures all changes comply with the PCPOA Deed Restrictions and Bylaws. The ACC is currently composed of the chairperson, two members and an at-large member, each with voting authority. 

A Request For Approval (RFA) must be submitted online prior to beginning work.
