About Us  

The Paradise Cove Property Owners Association (PCPOA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the beauty, safety, and value of our community. The Association maintains common areas, oversees community amenities, and helps foster communication among property owners.

The Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. Officers are elected annually, while Directors serve staggered three-year terms to provide continuity in leadership.

Community Highlights

Paradise Cove offers amenities and activities for residents throughout the year, including:

• Community park with a boat ramp, beach, fishing pier, and pavilion
• Seasonal community events such as the Fourth of July celebration, Movie Nights, Halloween activities, and New Year's fireworks
• Volunteer opportunities to help make our neighborhood a great place to live
