Deed Restriction Amendment Ballot Due

The Board of Directors and Officers have approved a proposed amendment to Deed Restriction 23 that would allow the Association to conduct electronic voting. This change is intended to make voting more convenient, increase participation, and simplify the process for all property owners.

Ballots were mailed to all property owners on June 24 and must be received by July 27. Please take a few minutes to complete and return your ballot before the deadline so your vote is counted.
